I still don't understand why there seems to be no interest in this man from the public. I think him having not killed a victim (as far as we know), might lead the general public to believe "it's just a rapist, what's the big deal" type of attitude. That was the case with EAR until he kills it did not make national news.

We have to generate more people to take an interest in this case that will be the only way to get LE to take note. I have tried my current LE at Sac PD just today so they will be getting back to me on who is handling Sac PD case file on the Natomas attack. I also put a call into Davis PD and should hear back next week early.

The DNA was his undoing. The Halloween attack was always a source of worry for me since it is an extreme example of an almost perfect pre=planned sexual assault as there can be. I worried other offenders would take note and use it.
