We need folks to start looking at this guy I do believe he had many unconnected (yet to be) cases in other jurisdictions and maybe even some unreported completely. He has a remorseful element in his attack MO calling and apologizing to his survivors in an act to possibility discourage attack reporting or some other sinister sick need to hear his victim's voices again. If he is able to convince a victim not to report there may be many more in the Natomas and Davis area alone. I have been looking over old Davis reports lately for both him and EAR.

nick , Do you know if perhaps Sacramento is looking to find him through genealogical websites, similar to how ear was found? It's a Sac PD case and there is a Davis PD case and I can say no neither is doing this at this day in time. There is a wait and see attitude with EAR case being tested in court there is some real concern within LE how EAR was found. Davis PD is not going to do it for sure anytime soon Sac PD might be pushed into it with the right pressure.

PD does not want to remind the public there is a serial rapist that was never caught rather not bring it up. You can notice there are no Davis PD comments in the news regarding the EAR case, no they can't prosecute due to SOL but they could be talking about justice for the victims in Davis and they are not.

No more need to generate interest.
More immediate need to create space in the cell next to Joseph Deangelo.
Get these guys talking to each other

Or just generally....Muchachos I would prefer it if they were BFF'S and talked about their lives with each other, helped us fill in the blanks, all recorded of course. Conversation could start like this NCR: You got caught with a roast in the oven? JJD: Yeah. NCR: Dumbass! JJD: Yeah

Does this mean the EARONS case has passed some legal hurdle?

My guess would be the DA’s have been running the familial DNA cases by the courts on a case by case basis since before the Grim Sleeper was identified. And getting permission to proceed. Just a guess.
